It’s not a very glamorous thought, but it’s the truth. I’ve tried to control alcohol for years, but it’s always ended in disaster. I’ve tried to moderate my drinking, but I always end up drinking more than I intended. I’ve tried to quit cold turkey, but I always end up relapsing.
