I agree completely Helena. Along with your other two book recommendations. I even read Holly Whitaker's "Quit Like A Woman" because she was inspired by Allen Carr as well. I love the fresh perspective.

Obviously her book is geared toward women, but that's no different than a woman reading the AA Big Book--which was clearly marketed to men.
