I don't think a woman who "keeps the peace" is weak, in fact, I think that requires real strength.

Women are naturally more empathetic, compassionate, and nurturing. I think these are strong traits that require patience.

Great skills in a partnership--but most men and "boss babes" lack them.

As for younger men, if they are looking for women that have traditionally male traits that they don't possess, that's a recipe for disaster.

That's like a fish asking a bird how to swim.
