This is more like a message in a bottle than an article — and I welcome all feedback. The reason I’m writing is that I’ve recently read articles from Medium writers about their results and they’ve been tremendously helpful to me.

I’m still trying to figure all this Medium stuff out (I started in fall 2022), but I wanted to share what I think I’ve done right (thus far) and also what I’ve done wrong — or what needs improvement.

The above article by Danny Wolf provided a lot of insight — as did the many responses that followed.

He shared that he makes roughly $50 per 1,000 followers and a lot of writers vouched for that estimate.
