Short sighted? No.

Generalizing? Yes.

Of course there are men that love boss babes, and even seek them in relationships.

But...what's happened is that many women strive to be boss babes because they think it will be appealing to a man, and most of the time (not always, of course) it isn't.

I happen to be a man who always went for the independent woman--my ex wife is a great example. But I also realize I'm the exception not the rule, so I am speaking for men in general, not myself.
