There's a hierarchy for women in civilized societies, though most of it is imaginary and/or based on perception.

Celebrities are at the "peak" of this structure, ie the Kardashians, Taylor Swift, The Real Housewives, etc.

Gossip, plastic surgery, and backstabbing.

That's the "matriarchy" here in the US.
